Biography

Anthony Neitzke ,

born 1988 in Berlin (Germany) and moved to Mallorca (Spain) when he was 7 years old,

Since he was a child, he found passion in drawing and painting thanks to his father, who was a great restorer of ancient paintings back in Germany. He taught him techniques in painting and general knowledge of art.

During the studies in the school of arts, he participated and won in several competitions in drawing and industrial design, and also had a few exhibitions of his artworks.

When he decided to study Industrial Modeling in Barcelona at the E.S.D.A.  Llotja (Advanced School of Art and Design), he found photography as a new passion, especially monochrome and analogue photography.

Member in “Centre Cultural Casa Planas”  Palma de Mallorca.

– Diploma 1st place, category (students up to 18 years) in the 20th Contest of Furniture Design (Manacor), organized by the Business Association of the Balearic Islands. Sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy of the Balearic Islands Government , Manacor, June 2, 2007.

– Diploma in Olympic contest in Artistic Drawing, 2006/07 , sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Balearic Islands Government , Palma, June 22, 2007.

– Diploma 1st place UIB Olympics contest in Artistic Drawing, sponsored by University of Balearic Islands (UIB) 2007/08,

– Diploma 1st place, category (students up to 18 years) in the 22nd Contest of Furniture Design (Manacor), organized by the Business Association of the Balearic wood, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy of the Balearic Islands Government , Manacor, May 23, 2009.
